In moments like these, I wish we could truly feel into another person’s body, because words are not enough to describe a feeling.
As the saying goes… When the student is ready, the teacher appears. When I read that Nadine was offering the Trauma Sensitive Healers Training, I immediately felt a clear “Yes.”
Although I had been engaged in spirituality and personal development for many years, and had seemingly worked through much, I still felt somehow blocked and stuck. This training, however, was undeniably the big shift and liberation I had been longing for. I didn’t realize how important it was to involve the body in the healing process.
Working with Nadine goes deep, is holistic, free from shame, full of acceptance and permission for everything that wants to show up. I love people who not only teach but also live and embody what they teach. Nadine is absolutely that. Only when you have done your own inner work can you truly guide others as a coach, therapist, or healer.
The training weekends via Zoom were content-rich, interesting, and very informative. Theory and practice alternated with wonderfully intuitive meditations. Many aha moments accompanied my process. The group exercises were a challenge for me as a rather reserved person, but with Nadine’s trust in me and encouragement, I bravely took them on and can now say that I’ve grown stronger and more self-confident from the experience.
A true highlight and a great enrichment was the presence week in Allgäu. I took unforgettable moments and memories with me and experienced a whole new level of true community and support with the other women in the group.
This training with Nadine is a great enrichment and a universal key for people to reconnect with themselves, thereby contributing to a healthier and more healed world. I am proud to have been a part of this wonderful group and look forward to walking my path with beloved friends, sisters, and companions, sharing my gifts in service to the heart.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Nadine!
