With your light, joyful, and inspiring way, you had me from the very beginning. I love approaching ‘difficult’ topics lightly and cheerfully. The ‘tools’ you gave us are easy to integrate into ‘my’ work, and I have already implemented them. THANK YOU for this. Especially for people who have difficulty connecting with their bodies and, as a result, their emotions, it becomes much easier to ‘meet’ them in a way they can understand. This enriches my work. Personally, I was able to free a limiting belief deep on a cellular level. To have done this in 2023 means a more liberated arrival in 2024. The effect is lasting and continues to this day.
