Exhausted and fulfilled at the same time after a very intense weekend.
I had the opportunity to learn more about Bodywork and experience it myself. I am so grateful to reconnect with myself, to feel what is inside me and each of us, and what presence and permission alone can do. Our bodies are so wise, so intelligent, and always work for us. It is the voice for all that within us that might not (yet) have a voice. So free. So alive. So grateful.
